RBG recently stated she was “cautiously optimistic” about the future of Roe V. Wade.
(Make sure before reading this you know the definition of “Sarcastic Hyperbole”)
Why is Viability defined as Birth?
We all know that a fetus is just a mass of unviable cells while in the womb. Why, if a child is born before full gestation they can never survive. Right? Well, maybe with some assistance. But they are certainly not capable of being “Viable” on their own. Only by the efforts of the parents or others is the life of the child prolonged. Left unassisted it would not survive. It is an unviable mass of cells even though its out of the womb. If a fetus makes it all the way to full gestation and is delivered, it certainly is not “Viable” on it’s own. It’s viability is determined by those surrounding it. Seems to me like the “BIRTH” determination is rather arbitrary. Why did the Court decide to draw the line there? Convenience?
So, how about a six month old baby. Is it viable. If you leave it to it’s own devices would it survive? Of course not. Why didn’t the Court draw the line here? Makes just as much sense. If Mom & Dad develop new priorities, or are unhappy with the situation interfering with their lifestyle, why can’t their mass of unviable tissue be discarded? It’s just a little larger clump-still just as unviable.
So, if we take the Court’s” Law Of The Land “definition of “viable” I don’t think this little six year old would be safe from being discarded either. I mean, can she feed, clothe, house, support herself without any assistance? Of course not. Just as unviable as a 2 cell Zygot. If those with power over her wish no more of her, then she should be able to “discarded” just like the other “Unviable” masses of cells. Equal Under The Law.
The “VIABILITY” Test
I think be fare to all Americans, and to be sure that “ALL ARE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW” there should be a test to qualify for “VIABILITY”. We need to verify if these masses of cells are really viable, or can they be discarded at will if so desired? Let’s say at age thirteen we take all surviving masses of cells, remove them from all support from family, friends, and government and see if the have truly attained “Viability”. We could place them all in a remote area where they would need to “fend for themselves” and prove their viability. There would be no rules, just prove your “ability to survive on your own”; Your “Viability”. Anyone that survives or excapes in six months will be deemed by the Law of the Land to be “Viable”. No need to worry about being discarded now. WHEW!!!
How long would this test be good for? I mean, now that they have proven to actually be “human beings”, and have all the rights and privilege’s of Americans, they can change. They may become Ill, Or injured, or worst of all OLD! Does passing the test and becoming a verified Human Being bestow life long benefits? Does it mean that if you later become “UNVIABLE”, unable to subsist on your own, that you still retain the right to not be discarded? I’m sure there are a lot of people, if placed with the thirteen year old’s in the special test area to fend for themselves, would not survive. I guess that question answer’s itself. Who decided if a person must return to the “test Area” what are the parameters for determining one’s “QUESTIONABLE VIABILBTY”? This will be another good question for the Court to solve. Remember, for all Americans to be Equal Under the Law, it must be determined by “viability”. Just because Grandma bakes good cookies and you love her should have no bearing on this determination. These type of emotions would cloud the process and could cause unequal justice. That can not be allowed. Viability is the Law Of The Land!
Don’t you just love it when Man starts drawing moral lines. There really is no line. It’s just what ever suits the time. Nothing but grey. No right or wrong, just “acceptable” at the time. The fluidity makes it so much more comfortable.
Does God ever address this Question? Seems to be a rather important one to leave to the Humans.

Mary immediately visits her Aunt, Elizabeth, six months pregnant with John the Baptist, and at here mere presence, John the Baptist Lept in Elizabeth’s womb, knowing the presence of “The Son Of God”. No mention of viability, or number of cell divisions. Elizabeth and her unborn son both knew Mary was the mother of the Son of God. No first or second or third trimester. But, immediately, Mary was carrying the Son Of God. How much plainer could it get. CONCEPTION EQUALES CREATION. PERIOD!
Control Over Your Own Body
Are you really a Christian? Do you believe God created everything? God spoke and Nothing Became Everything! The Universe and everything in it is God’s. God created these flesh bodies as a place for our souls to reside while on this journey here on Earth. Our bodies belong to God, and If the circumstances come to be that a person is with child without want, the duty to God it to bare that child, God Willing. God created the human being and placed the soul in it at the time of conception. No Man should discard the life of another. Those decisions are God’s and God’s alone.
What Do We Do?
We try to educate. We help as we can. We never judge. Judgement is between a person and God, only. So many take the path to destroying a human being, never knowing the real truth of the situation. They have no concept of God and His love. That is our purpose. It seems we are crying in the wilderness, but if only one comes to God, He will be pleased. Our mission is to help, comfort, bring peace to anyone’s life through the Word of God. We are all as imperfect, if not more so, than those we try to help. We are merely fortunate enough to have had God speak to us and we have been given Eyes To See and Ears To Hear. All must be given that opportunity. That is our goal.
