There are many “Beasts” in Revelation, and understanding the differences and especially the time line of their appearances is crucial to understanding them and their relationship to how God allows Satan’s plan to unfold.

The first Beasts to be mentioned are in Revelation 4:7

Rev 4:6-9
6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

The Greek word for these beasts is ZOO′ON,  meaning a living thing, a living animal. They are there to protect the throne of God,  day and night, and have no free will, as the Son’s of God do, which lead to the downfall of Lucifer, who originally was one of the cherubs that Protected Gods Mercy Seat.   These are the same beasts that announce the first four seals that The Lamb opens in Revelation.

Rev 6:1-8
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

These  beings are again the “zoo′on, and are in no way related to the other beasts mentioned in Revelation.

Now for the Beast that receives the Deadly Wound.

Rev 13:1-10
3:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

The beast (this beast is the Greek word: theeriou – wild , dangerous animal, destruction) rises up from the sea, having seven heads, ten horns and ten crowns upon those horns,  Revelation 17 tells us that the Heads are Mountains, or countries, the and that the Sea is the peoples of the Earth( please note this is the only beast that rises from the people of the Earth).  The beast is made up of seven countries, with ten seats of power(horns) and ten crowns(Greek diadee′mata, about the head) or leaders, ie. human beings.  This description of the beast through verse 13:4 is of the economic powers that are controlled by humans.  After verse 13:5  the description is of the beast after Satan takes control and installs his soldiers as leaders( the beast that as , is not , and will be from 17:1)

And one of the “HEADS” (countries) was wounded to death(the wound was to a head, not a horn or even a crown, but the head), and it was healed.  The beast receives power from the Dragon(Greek: Dra′kont,i meaning- serpent) but it does not state the wound was healed by the “Dragon”.  In fact, the Beast that is the Dragon does not appear on Earth until after this event has transpired.

MY OPINION

I believe this wound and healing has already occurred.  The crash of 2008, which almost wounded the US economy to death.  The seven heads are the G7 countries, the ten horns are the financial-economic systems of those countries plus he Federal Reserve, the European Bank and the IMF-World Bank(United Nations),  and the crowns are the heads of each of these organizations(this was the first economic crisis then all ten horns and crowns were in place)    And it is a fact that it took all the power of all ten horns to prevent the complete collapse of  the  world economy.  The head was healed by the power of the beast itself; power derived from the Dragon.  Time will tell!  If this was not the wound, then I would watch Japan closely, as it is in very bad economic circumstances with a “mountain”( pun intended, forgive me) of debt.  The thing to remember is that the “beast” is already hear, controlling the world’s economies and finances,  and is made up of humans, being controlled by the spirit of Lucifer who has his children( kenites, tares) in the seats of power.  It happens before Satan arrives on earth, and he is coming very soon.  Keep alert!

The next beast to arise is the Dragon(Serpent) himself.

Rev 13:11-18
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Note, this beast rises from the Earth, not the Sea(peoples) and will not be human, and he causes all the world to worship the beast that was wounded – the one world economic system.  And the number of the beast 666, the Sixth Vial, the Sixth Seal , the Sixth Trump.  He will appear very soon.  Satan instructs the peoples of the world  to make an “image”(Greek word eiko′na; meaning a representation) to the beast that was wounded but healed and Satan then gives life ( Greek word penu′ma; meaning breath of life, human being ) to the image.  He appoints a human that has the ability to speak and also ” cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”(note: killed is the Greek word apoktanthoo′sin- meaning to destroy)  This leader of the one world economic system will have great power over all the world and will attempt to destroy any resistance to the Beast and its control. ( This is where our work for God must not waiver!)

Next is the Beast that ‘Was, is Not, and is to Come

Rev 17:1-18:1
7:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. (five are fallen – Greek word pipto, from petomai – to fall as to fly- fallen angels, one is- Satan; and one yet to come, the beast itself,  the one Satan installs as the image and voice of the beast)
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.( the beast and the whore both go into the lake of fire at the end of this Earth Age, never to be used by Satan again, but note, the beast and whore are destroyed,  not Satan)
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. (these are the fallen angels Satan installs as leaders to make war with the saints)
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

This Beast that was- Satan used this very same economic and financial beast in the first earth age, after his fall: IS NOT- not functioning at the time of John’s revelation: and will ascend out of the bottomless pit- will appear at the end of days, and is not of the peoples of the earth.  The ten kings are fallen angels, the same angels used for the beast THAT WAS, that Lucifer installs as the leaders of the words economic system and receive power only one hour with the beast.

These kings will make war with the Lamb, Christians with the “Seal of God in Their Foreheads” and we will prevail. Also these kings, not being human,  will hate the “Whore” – the world religious community that accepts Satan as the God above all Gods, as they know the truth and want to share the glory with no one. 

The time line is very important, because when Satan takes over the economic “Beast” of the world and installs his soldiers in places of power, all must accept the “mark of the Beast” to continue to participate in the economic functions of the world ( ie, buy or sell, or work).  The “mark in the forehead”, or on the “right hand” is not a visible mark, but the seal of Satan’s deception;  that he is the God of Gods and the economic system is to the benefit of all mankind.   And, unfortunately, those that do not have the Seal of God (Yehveh) in their forehead will willingly accept Satan’s seal, thinking they are truly worshiping God (Yehveh).  And how can so many be so easily misled? Easily!  Because of the great Whore-   The religious community of the world that fails to teach that Satan comes to Earth pretending to be God before Christ returns.  When Satan appears on Earth, the religions of the world, especially Christianity, will worship him without question, as they have never been taught the Anit-Christ comes first.  This is why Christ is so displeased with five of the seven churches in Revelation 1:1 thru 3:22,( which should make a very good topic for my next blog.)

To those with the Seal of God in their forehead who do not wish to bow to Satan and his Beast, preparation is of the utmost.  The more preparation you do, the easier it will be to never participate in his economic system.  Christ tell us He shortened Satan’s time of power to 5 months( the season of the Locust) so it should not be that hard to do.  Plan ahead.  Store things you must have, such as food, water, fuel, precious metals to use for bartering, pay ahead for things, if you can,  before the one world system takes affect( I don’t know if this will be possible, but if it is, it will make things a lot easier) The main thing to do is be smarter the Satan! and that can’t be that hard.

Keep your eyes on the world, and remember “God is always in control”
